a charming escape in a historic setting

prime location laundry facilities charming courtyard

I found the location to be convenient, just a short walk to the city center across beautiful bridges. the hotel provided laundry facilities and spacious common areas. It seemed like a true home away from home. the neighborhood was filled with gems, including an amazing bakery and a cozy bar with a charming courtyard.

Our room faced the front street and an old heavy door. This made it slightly loud at times.

The beautiful double or twin room featured high ceilings that added a sense of spaciousness. it included generous amounts of high quality shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. That elevated the experience. free water bottles were also provided.

Charming Stay near Ponte Vecchio

charming room ideal location

The building is very atmospheric. I appreciated the charming room decor. The location was ideal. Great restaurants are near. I also thought the garden and the restaurant were beautiful. The ambience was really good.

Soundproofing was poor. I could hear noises from other rooms. It was not a restful experience.

a dreamy stay

cozy room serene oasis

we discovered a most beautiful hotel. the room felt spacious and cozy. the location allowed us access to everything. the garden was a serene oasis in a busy city. we loved the historical vibe of the building.

the noise from upstairs was disruptive, as it sounded like dancing every night. earplugs and white noise apps helped us sleep. it was disappointing to rely on these to mitigate the disturbance.

The hotel had washing and drying facilities in the basement. I appreciate this convenience! My room had great facilities and matched the description online exactly. I loved sitting outside in the garden and enjoying the scenery. It was beautiful.

My room was next to the restaurant. Loud music played from morning to late night so I could not rest.

i really enjoyed the easy check-in and check-out process. customer support was very easy to contact for help. the free locker storage was very useful and convenient for luggage.

the photos were quite misleading and the room looked nothing like the nice ones shown.

i found the location perfect for exploring. the room was spacious and nicely decorated. the bed was very comfy, and the shower was good (i especially liked the water pressure!).

the room was quite cold upon arrival. heating only becomes available from november, a bit disappointing during a chilly october stay.

great facilities chilly october

the room had great facilities. it was exactly as described online. i loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the scenery in the garden.

the heating only works from november, disappointing given that it was already quite chilly in late october. this was an unexpected inconvenience.
